  There were many small unfortunate things that happened during my brothers funeral. Everything from poor seating management, the hall staff finally brought around very few benches, no where near enough to accommodate the guests, and didn't tell anyone they could sit, they were actually left standing in a line in the adjoining room. Poor instructions (ie none at all) given to speakers, most were not heard as they were not given the privilege of a brief sound check. All of this aside, I could put this down to inexperience, what I don't understand is how the basics of keeping the family of the deceased together and informed could be so completely mishandled. I was caused such distress, grief and pain when the procession to the grave side left without us. No directions were given to us thus we ended up getting lost in the county, We not only felt "ditched", but I missed my brothers internment. I can't get that back! I'll give on star to the gentleman who opened and closed the door.
